shipping
all purchases in Romania will be processed and shipped via Fan Courier. deliveries are sent during Romania business hours between Monday and Friday. purchases made on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
all international purchases will be processed and shipped via DHL Express.
please note that transit times may vary due to customs delays. if you’re having trouble with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
FRUIT OF CHILI is not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments as these are the responsibility of the purchaser.
a tracking number will be available at the time the package is shipped. FRUIT OF CHILI cannot be held responsible for lost packages.
returns
we want you to love your FRUIT OF CHILI swims. which is why we offer full refund on all full priced items.
if you are not completely satisfied with your order, you can return or exchange the products within 14 days of receipt. if the products comply with our return policy, the customer is eligible for a refund or an exchange. the products can be exchanged within the available stock or their value will be returned by bank transfer. for administrative reasons, you must send the returned products without opting for the refund service. otherwise, the package will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
your item must meet the below requirements in order to be approved for refunds or exchanges:
- items must be returned within 14 days of receiving your order. any faults that occur after 14 days will not be accepted.
- the item must be returned in its original condition, unworn, undamaged and in its original packaging. please do not remove the hygiene liner to try on swim for sanitary reasons.
- all returns must be sent back in their original package and with the original labels intact.
- the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
- returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer. thank you for your understanding.
exchanges
if you would like to exchange an item, we suggest that you place a new order for the item you want before returning your original purchase. this will ensure that your exchange item is in stock. once we receive your return, we will process a refund for the cost of the returned item.
HOW DO I RETURN MY ITEM?
- email hello@fruitofchili.com with your order number and name of items you wish to return, along with your International Bank Account Number (IBAN).
- check your items to ensure they are in perfect condition as FRUIT OF CHILI will not accept any items returned damaged in any way.
- ship your parcel back to the following address: Strada Sfantul Spiridon, nr 6, Bucuresti, 020982, sector 2, attn: Fruit of Chili, using any courier service for local returns.
- once we receive your return, this will be checked by our team and you will receive an e-mail confirming the receipt and the products. a refund will be issued subject to the returned products meeting our Return & exchange requirements. the products can be exchanged within the available stock or their value will be returned by bank transfer. due to administrative reasons, you must send the returned products without opting for the refund service. otherwise, the package will be rejected and sent back to the customer.
- we will refund you as quickly as possible, but please note that refunds can take up to a few days depending on your card provider.
all shipping costs generated by the product return / exchange procedure, including reshipment, will be borne exclusively by the customer. courier fees will not be refunded. please abide by the return terms you agreed to when you completed your order.
FRUIT OF CHILI will not accept packages that:
– were sent without an email notification for the return.
– mention the amount of the refund on the shipping label.
